If I could envision my ideal day with friends or just with the hubbs, it would be wine tasting at a beautiful vineyard estate. A place where you can sit for hours picnicking under a tree or comfortable patio area with a fine selection of vino, light charcuterie and picturesque views. It is the ultimate luxury for me, and I would choose that experience over laying on the beach any day of the week.
The wineries in Santa Ynez are some of the most beautiful in the Central Coast, and I’m sure you’ve heard me say this soo many times, but we love going up there! Lucky for us, its only a couple hours drive away!
For a day of wine tasting, I usually opt for something comfortable, simple, and of course feminine. A classic stripe dress is my go-to, at home or while traveling. I can mix and match with any of my shoes or accessories which matches packing super easy and efficient. When my hubbs saw this dress, he was like….another stripe dress?!?! I was like, no! This is completely different – this has drop waist and pleated details! Definitely not a just a regular stripe dress. The simple silhouette is great for causal days with sandals or dressed up with fabulous accessories and heels. I can’t wait to layer it with a long cardigan and boots! Seriously…Fall, where are you!??
