Like many of you girls, growing up I wanted to be just like Cinderella or really any type of Princess. The elegance and ladylike nature of a true “princess” just appealed to me so much. Perhaps more than that the castle or crown. 🙂 I really carried that mentality with me no matter how my style has changed and evolved throughout the years. Its not everyday that I get to put on a fancy dress (really getting dressed at all is a luxury when you have a child), but nothing gets me more excited or makes me feel as confident like wearing a feminine flowy ensemble.
This dress is from Sosie shop and I’m obsessed with the flared hem and studded detail. Gives this classic shift dress an extra kick. I have a lot of green dresses actually (its one of my fave colors) but this version just seems so sassy and fun for Spring.
I paired it with a pop of pink because really, why not! Nothing says princess like the color pink. 🙂 This bucket bag from Henri Bendel is my “it” bag for Spring. I’ve actually had my eye on a bucket bag for awhile and I just couldn’t resist this one. The quilted detail is too perfect!
