I didn’t know if gladiator sandals were going to be as big this year as last. I actually hesitated a bit last year to jump on the bandwagon just because they seemed so intimidating. In my head I thought maybe they would be make my legs look big and/or fat bulging out of the straps. Not a good look right! But when I finally tried them on, I fell in love! And I am so glad the trend is bigger than ever this year.
I have this one last year, and while they are comfortable and look amazing on, I dreaded putting them on because of the longgggg straps that had to be tied. And they kept falling down so I had to redo it over and over again.
This year, I picked a pair that have a zip in the back! Seriously life-changing. It makes it so much easier to grab and go, and even put them on one-handed like I’m holding Little J. These Ivanka Trump gladiator sandals also have a few studs detailing the sides which makes it look rather high end. Also, this light color nude/vanilla is harder to find with other brands. I actually debated between getting the darker tan color but choose this one since it looked so fresh and summery!
Lastly, this dress! I scored it on sale at Banana Republic recently {still on SALE with code BRSPRING}, and I just adore everything about it. It was one of those items that I saw in the store and immediately grabbed it!! Classic and crisp white dresses are so fun this time of year, and I love the little cutout designs and lace-up neckline. I almost feel like I should be somewhere tropical on vacation wearing this.
