What does your morning typically look like? Calm? Productive? Do you just jump out of bed, leisurely get yourself together and still have enough time to stop at your favorite coffee shop? Yeah…well mine neither. My days of “leisure” anything ended when Little J arrived but every once in awhile I do treat myself to a slower care free morning.
One those days, my routine starts with three of the best self care essentials. First, I wake up early for workout. That is usually a good spin or Orange Theory class. Both are high intensity to really get my energy up. I love to get a good sweat session to start the day. Next, I make sure I liner up….down there. J A little TMI? Well let’s face it, as ladies we have more than our outward appearance to worry about. So I’m just being real. I use Carefree® Pantiliners as a key part of my morning routine to ensure the rest of my day is equally care free and comfortable. The rest of my day usually includes play dates, conference calls and chasing my two-year old. But no matter what my agenda has instore, this routine really sets up my mood for a good and productive day!
