Velvet Obsessed

I know I am going to completely overdoing the velvet trend. I’m not one to jump straight into trendy pieces, but velvet is definitely something I am all for. From skirts (like this yellow pleated skirt), blazers (like this amazing one) and even bomber jackets…I just can’t get enough.

This week’s episode of velvet obsession is the cutest chocker top by Sanctuary Clothing. I can always count on Sanctuary for pieces that merge the classic with the trendy! And I find that I wear clothing from the brand over and over again. This velvet top is my current favorite because it spares no detail! The texture, chocker neckline and bell sleeves makes it so much more than your average black top, don’t you think? I love it paired with a Fall skirt, like this plaid one, or jeans. And it even looks great with a structured blazer!
