With this look, I summoned a fresh twist on classic chic with a this linen crossover shorts from J.Crew.  Cute as a skirt, but with the comfort and hemline security of shorts.   I wore it to a fun birthday dinner in LA over the weekend.  But I think I can definitely pull this off during the day with something crisp, tans or other neutrals.  I love anything that can be versatile.  You all know sometimes I have to go from playdate to dinner date in a jiffy so its nice have something fun and appropriate for both.
