We all makes lists of what to buy for each season. A great maxi dress for summer, a pair of Hunter boots for winter rains, and booties for the Fall. I usually make a list of about 10 things I need each season to include the items mentioned above. But I love investing in seasonal basics that will refine my style and also up my mom style. We all feel pressured to stock up in the trendy and what’s hot right now trends, even if we know that will ultimately only wear such pieces for a couple months and then collect dust in the back of our closets. I never regret pieces like a crisp white jeans, a stripe top and especially a laying piece like something suede. This sleeveless suede jacket actually crosses over multiple season here in Southern California where light layers are key through the Spring. I am already planning to wear this with a skirt and over-the-knee boots! Can’t wait.
