One of my most used (maybe over used) color combo this year is probably pink and burgundy. I really do love the colors together. A balance of rich and light that is both attention grabbing and pleasing to the eye.
I brought a few short dresses with me on the trip not knowing if I would be able to really wear any of them, even with tights. But we didn’t really experience unbearable cold on our trip which was so nice. I wore this burgundy Wayf dress in Lake Garda. Paired with boots and a fun cozy coat, I was perfectly comfortable to explore the local town of Gargnano. This coat by Via Spiga is actually reversible. Flipped around, the jacket become a puffer. I always say this but I love multi-tasking pieces, especially for travel. Packing one jacket for two occasions is a huge win.
We took this photos just around the hotel. The Lefay Resort is on a huge estate so it was fun exploring all the little corners which was so beautifully landscapes and gives way to the most beautiful panoramic views on a clear day.
