I’ve found the perfect pair of jeans! And it was love at first sight.
I wish I had the frame of someone who could slip on any style of jeans and have them fit perfectly. Fortunately, through the years, I’ve done some trials and found the shape and size that flatters my figure. I usually never stray to anything new, but sometimes a much talked about brand or material or eye-catching detail that opens the door to consideration. When I found these Topshop jeans, I was hesitant. Wide legged cropped denim normally flatters the tall and jean shape, but I love the lace-up and had to try them on. I was surprised that it did not shorten my stature. The high waist also helps to elongate my legs, and a classic and minimal tan sandals like this by M.Gemi continues the effect of length.
Paired with a vibrant color top, like this Sanctuary off-the-shoulder, my ensemble is fun, comfortable and fitting for Summers in the office or lunch with my bestie!
