A couple of weeks ago, a spend a nice day in Laguna Beach with a few girlfriends. You may know them as Miriam of Simply x Classic, Kathleen of Carrie Bradshaw Lied and Nikki of My Style Diaries. It was such a treat to get a random Tuesday off of real life and just hang out at the Bungalows at Pacific Edge Hotel. They have everything there – a charming private room with a full bathroom and a bar! I mean, what else do you need from your own little private bungalow. To top it off, we had wine and endless amounts of delicious food while overlooking the beautiful gorgeous waters of Laguna Beach. It was too good to be true…I didn’t want ever want to leave!
In the late afternoon, we headed down to the water to observe the gorgeous surf. I was definitely not planning to take a dip in the water (its so cold!), so I just threw on an easy denim off the should dress from Express. The blues match the scenery perfectly! This dress is so comfortable, and transitions well from nice beach day to a brunch mode! Best part – it is less than $60.
