Style Mafia: Lace Off-The-Shoulder

Hey friends! Hope you had a great weekend. Mine went by so fast because it was jammed packed. I feel like we always try to pack our weekends since its the only days we have as a family, to see all our families (since they are all in town), and its the only days I am able to do personal errands. So there is really not a minute to waste. Are we the only ones like this? Sometimes I feel like we should be relaxing at the beach and reading books, instead running around town seeing every member of your families or picking up drying cleaning. Oh well…when days are slow, I’ll want to them be busier right. Grass is always green…and all that!

Anyway, back to my weekend. I did actually manage to get dress up and have a nice dinner in LA! We were celebrating July birthdays, one of them being my sister’s, and did a little something fancy at Red Bird restaurant. I don’t get out to all to often so it was nice to do something different. We don’t usually have a babysitter unless my mom or sister are free to watch Jaxson, and since we were going to LA, dropping him off at my mom’s was just too out of the way. Thankfully my hubbs is the best and decided he would stay home and let me have a fun night out. Seriously love him!

I wore this little lace off-the-shoulder top with a pink suede mini! This top by Style Mafia is such a steal at less than $100. The intricate lace makes it look so much more expensive. Also, this pink skirt is from Zara. I love the summer color but in a rich Fall texture…perfect transition piece!

After dinner, we decided to grab dessert at Bottega Louie, also known as macaroon heaven, next to Laudee of course. We ordered like 800 hundred desserts and called it a night. How was your weekend?
