Lace & Metallics

Believe it or not, I still have looks to share from NYFW. It seems like a lifetime ago! But I realized I still had a couple looks which I couldn’t not share.

This lace top and metallic shorts look was by far my most comfortable look. I love these pieces together, but separately, they will be such great pieces to rotate for holiday party season.

It is no secret that a good lace top will go miles in your wardrobe! And the bell sleeve details in this J.Crew top provides a fancier feel which will pair well with skirts, trousers, leather bottoms or really just about anything. This top actually came with a build in cami, but I swapped it out for a black one for a sleeker look.

Metallic pieces are my go-to when I want to a bit of punch to any look. If the piece is right, it can look elegant and vibrant without looking too…vegas-like, if you know what I mean. This gold metallic shorts by Elizabeth & James fits really well. Hugs the hips but has a more relaxed fit which is a great mix of fun, feminine and class.
