Just stopping to by to share my party outfit for tonight. I’m wearing this vest as a dress because, well…I’m not that tall. ha! So it works. I love the fringe bottom. It is so fun for any celebration. And I added a pop of blue Manolo Blahniks for extra flavor! 🙂
