Today I’m recovering from post Birthday party planning hangover. I always tell myself…I will not overdo it, I will not overdo it, I will not overdo it. But what do you I do? Yep, over did it. John says I have some party planning disease. ha! I just can’t slap a small event with balloons and catered food. Nope. That’s just lazy. It must be Pinterest worthy or its not happening. Anyway, it was much fun. I will probably share some photos soon. But know we had zoo animals, great food and too much sweets. Not to toot my own horn, but I think it was my best dessert setup I’ve done yet! The barnyard theme was fun to pull off. Anyway, if I can get a chance to edit photos soon, I will share more.
As for the outfit….
Warmer Fall weather is the best opportunity to mix up the loved prints and pieces from Summer. I love these leopard shorts with a sweater in a Fall hue. Isn’t this emerald green so pretty. The button details bring a basic sweater to so much life. The whole look is just a good marriage the playfulness of warm temperatures and richness of Autumn into easy look. I swear, leopard just makes everything better!
