Happy Friday loves! Its been a busy mom week. Baby J is teething molars and his seperation anxiety is at 1000%. Trying to find the energy to do anything productive is the most challenging thing on my to-do. Oh well, I just chalk it up to one of those weeks – house is extremely messy, haven’t washed my hair in 3 days and all our meals have come in to-go boxes. There is always next week, right!
With the #momlife struggles of this week, I thought it would be appropriate for this week’s Friday Favorites to be some friendly hacks perfect for busy moms. The list below include time and sanity savers!
1. Heat up your eye last curler to create a little curling iron of sorts for your lashes. Number 8 on this amazing list of make-up hacks!
2. Feet hurt after a couple hours in heels? Tape the third and fourth toe together! Relieves nerve strain so you can dance all night.
3. Sponge Ice packs – So easy and multi-function. Pack it in a picnic basket to keep things cool and use it to clean up after the festivities. Genius!
4. Grocery shopping with hacks – this video has the best tips for all you moms out there who dread shopping the kiddos.
5. Chill white wine with frozen grapes – I’m actually disappointed when my white wine is not cool enough or doesn’t stay cool long enough. Number 11 on this list of hacks solves that problem with frozen (green) grapes. It’s perfect because it doesn’t water it down when it melts. Serious first world problems. 😉

As for the outfit – I cleaned my closet last week and dug up a bunch of old jeans! A few pairs of flares that I’m falling in love with again. They make my legs look long and lean. I have to wear heels with them since they are super long, but its perfect for a fun Friday lunch date with friends.
