With all my Norstrom goodies coming the in mail, I can’t help but want to wear them all. I’m like a kid with a big bag of candy. I just want to eat them all in one sitting! It might be too hot for booties {its currently 90 degrees…by the Ocean!}, but I wanted share these cute suede wedge ones which are on major sale. It is absolutely perfect for Fall, but I think it makes a good transition pieces as well. I like wedge heels with casual pieces like jeans and shorts, but I can definitely see these with dresses and maybe tights when the temps get cooler.
This is my typical look for a casual work day or running errands. A comfy dolman and jeans are my everyday staples. This dolman is by SUMMERSKIN! I am obsessed with it, but not only because it is currently the most comfortable thing I own, but because it protects me from the sun. It is UFP50+, certified Ultraviolet Protection Factor (similar to SPF in sunscreen but for clothing). As I get older, I become more mindful and sensitive to sun exposure since I see the effects in my skin more. I have discoloration from my twenties worshipping the sun and melasma from my pregnancy, so I am all about anything that will protect my skin from harmful UV exposure.
