Black & Tan…and StyleCon

Happy Monday friends!  Hope you all had a great weekend.  Mine was great!  I had the pleasure of attending and participating at StyleCon Orange County.  A fun event that gathers fashion, beauty and blogger enthusiasts from across Southern California. I have to say, it is so nice to have something like this right in my backyard.  Usually all the cool events are in LA, which totally makes sense, but I appreciate not having to sit in traffic every once in awhile.  🙂

I was on a fun panel on holiday trends, where we dished on our favorite things like fur, sequins, leather and holiday glitter! I definitely had a blast.   There was also so many great brand pop-up shops like Sleek Hair, Blushington, Vita Coco, Mother Trucker Co., and so many more!  My favorite part was getting together with my blogger friends and meeting so many of you!  This community definitely has some inspiring people and I am so happy to be a part of it.

For the event, I chose a bodycon tan turtleneck dress with a long trench vest.  I wasn’t really sure what to wear!  I didn’t want to be overdressed or underdressed…..isn’t this always the struggle?! In the end, comfort and sophistication pulled through.  A knee-length bodycon dress is always my go-to when I need something chic but also classy.  Add in my favorite nude strappy heels and I was StyleCon ready.
