Its hard to start a post or even think about anything except for the tragic events that took place in Las Vegas last night. My heart is heavy, and anything I say or share with you guys here or on Instagram will loose all significant in light of the hurt, the pain, the shock and the utter devastation that victims and families are facing right now.
This morning I prayed harder and longer for the families impacted by this event. And I know He is bringing down comfort and hope to all his people. In times like these, I try to remember that God is really good at bringing good out of bad situations. Its hard to imagine it now, but He is working behind the scenes.
“And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him…” – Romans 8:28
Today, I’m choosing to be grateful for every minute and every second of every day that God has given me. I choose to seize the day, to make change and take every opportunity to make an impact in my own life as well as others around me. Also, I choose to believe that brighter days are ahead.
