Happy Friday friends! Hope you’re off to do something fun this weekend, like go dancing or sail on a boat!

Speaking of boats, how much do you love boater hats right now?! They’re so fun and almost whimsical. It adds a certain playfulness to any summer ensemble. This one from J.Crew has a wide brim which provides good sun protection when you’re out and about enjoying the summer days.

We’re hanging low key this weekend. My plans include getting a facial, a message (much needed) and hopefully get a good workout in. We’re also celebrating my sister’s birthday. We had a nice night out planned, but nobody could find babysitters, so it’ll be a family friendly dinner at home. Trying out the new Sushi Roku restaurant at Fashion Island would have been nice, but its the people you’re with that matter not the location, right!
