Fathers are so hard to shop for. As women and moms (and general over achievers), we want to give them something amazing, but also something they will use and enjoy. But Dads rarely appreciate anything with “wow factor” and prefer something more low key along the lines of socks and a 12-pack of beer. Let’s face it, socks and beverages are far from memorable. I generally try to stick to a balance – practical but with an element of style! And more importantly wallet friendly, which if your hubby/dad/father-figure is anything like John or my dad, budget friendly is a gift in itself.
