Spring is my second favorite season (next to Fall). What I love most about it? The shoes!! I guess you can say Spring is my favorite shoe season. Wedges, espadrilles, slides, sandals….I love them all!
This season most of all, I could not love the trends more, specifically the kitten heels and the mules. My taste have gotten a bit more comfortable if you couldn’t tell. :). Here are my 5 favorite Spring shoe trends and my favorite options at various price points.
The kitten heel
The perfect balance between height and comfort. I have really jumped head first into this trend and snapping so many fun pairs! But I am pretty careful with how I style them so they are flattering. With cropped jeans or with a skirt is the best.
Espadrille
The espadrille is a Spring and Summer essential. It works well with just about every warm weather attire!
Mule
We haven’t seen much of Spring yet and if you’re in the same cold boat, the mule offers the best transitional option before we can get into our open toed styles.
Slip on sandals
Honestly, I wear this year round in Southern CA! Its comfortable and perfect for beach, casual everyday looks and the comings and goings of mom life!
Platform
A little bit retro inspired, but I love they way they look with the cropped straight legs jeans and midi dresses!
